A reference to the ratings in the U.S. EPA ENERGY STAR list of certified heat pumps. The tools filter and compare listed ratings only. Nothing on the site is advice on buying, sizing or installing equipment, and nothing on it is a statement about cost.
Accuracy
Figures are taken from the EPA file certified as of October 27, 2026 and computed as described on How the ratings are read. The data is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Listings change every week; check current certifications with EPA and the manufacturer before relying on any figure.
Use of content
The EPA data is in the public domain. The text, charts and design of this site may be quoted with a link to the page. Automated bulk copying of the site is not permitted.
